Prices

i. The price shall be that agreed when orders are placed
ii. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise agreed.


Ownership

i. Ownership of all goods will remain with the Company until payment in full has been made
ii. Customers must take all reasonable steps to take care of any goods belonging to the Company and must return the same on demand if the customer has failed to pay any balance of any purchase money which is due or on the cancellation of any orders or other breach of this agreement.


Cancellation

i. The cancellation of any order more that 7 days after the placement or confirmation of order will result in the loss of the deposit and if the customer’s order has been placed with our suppliers the customer may be required on demand to pay the outstanding balances due.
